Salix 13.1.1 (Xfce)
The
about box of Wicd
click on
http://wicd.sourceforge.net
Could not show link
Failed to execute child process "epiphany" (No such file or directory
The
about box of Transsmision works fine, even when I'm changing the Web Browser in the Preferred Applications dialog.
Code: Select all
$ /usr/libexec/exo-helper-0.3 --configure
it is a very minor problem. (you may do it if you like, or I need to refer this to each developer of each software that this problem occurs)

Try, Leafpad: About > Credits > Tarot Osuji <
tarot@sdf.lonestar.org> or Lapo Calamandrei <
calamandrei@gmail.com>
Could not show link
Failed to execute child process "evolution" (No such file or directory)
I did not configured Claws Mail or any other email client, yet, though.
If the problem isn't with the apps themselves then what could be?

Everything works here as well. Check the applications you have selected for your default internet browser and email client in
menu-->settings-->preferred applications.

Something is wrong with me, then.
@pwatk
I've selected Midori and Claws Mail (claws has not been, yet, configured)
Anyway, when I'm running Fluxbox (with xfsettingsd) links won't work or react at all - so this isn't an application specific issue as I thought that it someway could be.
edit: I really don't know what the problem may be (I've tried it all)
