Tiny change to lilo.conf

If you have any suggestions or ideas about improving Salix, here's the place to post them.

Tiny change to lilo.conf

Postby vredfreak » 23. Apr 2010, 16:29

I know that it is a tiny and very simple change to make (I've done every time I've installed Slackware or something based on it), but is there any reason why a "default" line can't be added to the installed lilo.conf so that Salix is the default booted OS. It always seemed weird to me to install a Linux distro only to have it default to Windows as the first choice.

Thanks for your time.

:D Thanks. I actually came across it on one of those "free" avatar sites.

As for the lilo thing, after I posted the suggestion, I saw a bug listing for the same thing. The response was basically that it probably wouldn't happen. Of course, it's a one time deal and not the end of the world, but it does seem odd to me.
