[Solved] Upside-down touchpad

Well I've insulated the touchpad and so-far-so-good. I don't want to say it's completely solved just yet (mostly because this is an intermittent issue) but I really hope so.

I modded the palm rest the next day and haven't had a problem since. Thanks for the find.
