it's bad practice to post localized error messages in an internation forum. Prepend the command with:

Code: Select all

LANG=C

or

Code: Select all

LANG=en_US.utf8

So we can actually make any sense from those messages.

In any case depfinder detects the dependencies of a package file. So you need to have that file in that location (there's a great man page meant to be read in the first place anyway). But that's exactly what's done with packages in the salix repo already with some manual checking and fixing additionally. So maybe linus72 meant the depcheck package (man page too!)?
