Where is the Salix Start Up Guide?

Hi,

I looked at the start-up guide a couple of months ago while tsuren was still working on it. I see by the earlier post that it is completed - but where is it?

I thought tsuren did a great job and I would like to review the section on Salix's tools. Hopefully, this will be part of the live CD for 13.37, but in the mean time, can it be accessed?
