Portuguese from Portugal - pt_PT Translation

Hello to all (Olá a todos)
I see that SalixOS have a little pt_PT translation so i've started to do some of that translation in order to help the team with this great distro. Hope that my "friends" of Brazil do some of the work with the pt_BR translation also.

Only documentation and salix-startup-guide(old) is left to translate...
