What do you have Salix installed on

Salix Fluxbox edition on a Pentium 4 @ 1.5Ghz with 256Mb ram and a Nvidia Geforce2 MX200.

Not fast but reliable. Just like my car.

Edit: If you're having problems getting the nvidia 96.43.19 driver to work, you have to disable the framebuffer.

Xfce version on a home-built desktop: ADM Sempron 2600, SiS on-motherboard video, 1GB memory. That's the big, fast one I haven't tried it on my IBM X31 yet.

Recently installed Salix on a Seagate Freeagent Dockstar OK, basically it's Armed Slack with additional self compiled Salix packages.

This one has a PPC CPU, so you cannot run Salix on it. There has been a Slackware version for this CPU type: http://workaround.ch/ But it's quite outdated now.
