Installation of Lilo after Salix install

I have 2 hard drives: sda and sdb.
sda is going kaput and i plan to remove it, sdb has no lilo installed, it is booted from the configuration in sda.
Question: can i install Lilo with an installation cd after i remove sda? If so, how? thx...

You can boot on any one of Salix Live CD and execute LiloSetup GUI from the system menu.
