Atanks dependency issue

Atanks from Gslapt needs to list Allegro as dependency, I think. In other words Atanks does not download Allegro automatically, but still needs it. It will give an error from the command line with out it.

Weird, the dependency list for atanks was completely blank. It should be fixed now. Thanks for the report.
