I really like the images you created but I going to suggest a minor change. I think having the bonsai tree and the letters overlaid makes both hard to see. What would you think about moving the tree to the left? I believe it would also give the image more balance.

Agree with phayz here.. Unless you know the elements from before it looks like "alix OS".. But otherwise simple and crisp!
