Thanks guys!
Nowadays I tend to go with "if someone invented the wheel why do it again". And I mean this as a complement.
I still have a issue with lxde-applications.menu and /usr/bin/openboxmenu but I think this as to do with lxde.

Re: Salix Openbox
I did that! The configuration is the hard part for me! Can I install Slackel Openbox and turn it into Salix Openbox? Is changing slapt-get sources enough?

Salix Openbox
Hi!
I read a rumor of a Salix Openbox Edition. Is it true?
If not is there a guide to follow to make Salix as Slackel Openbox?

Re: Gigolo Problem
Hi and thanks for the help!
@Tim CowChip - That worked. And after that I saw that in LXDE the openbox-session did started d-bus. Something I think should be taken care of when you do a openbox install.

[Solved] Gigolo Problem

Re: Setting up hibernate
Well, after this long I can't hibernate again. And from what I see in dmesg it's just a line saying the interrupt for the lid is not configured. Now that I have a 60Gb ssd to install. I guess I leave hibernation out now that I'm changing to an ssd drive.

Re: Salix in an SSD drive
I bought a OCZ Agility 3 60Gb. I just have to pick it up at store first thing Monday morning. And the winner is ext4, I guess it's the best choice.
I'll keep you up to date:
Thanks.
