Re: backintime
Well, seems "libgnome" was missing in the dependencies. I need to check if it should be added to backintime-gnome deps or to gnome-python deps.

Re: Au revoir a tous.

Re: backintime
kwisher, do you mean backintime for 13.37, or backintime for the 14.0 beta ?
For 13.37, it runs ok under Xfce, I use it.
For 14.0, I changed the package a bit, some you have to install backintime-cli and backintime-gnome (well in fact, it's not so gnome, it's mainly Gtk2).

Re: Salix Xfce 14.0beta1
About a Live version. Probably for the start of november. I'll wait for a final release of Salix 14.0 first, and some packages are still missing from the repo for a Live version. I also need to continue investigate on one or two problems that some users encountered with some Live configurations in 1...

Re: WIP: bashburn, zenity, lua
I agree. I will check if this is possible using these constraints. If not, then I drop it.

Re: WIP: bashburn, zenity, lua
How could it be "hard-wired" ? It's just a binary called from shell script. Create another script or alias named "matedialogs" and the "hard-wired" is gone. It's not a library.

Re: WIP: bashburn, zenity, lua
Based on what I saw in the features of mate-dialogs, I'm pretty sure Yad is better and can be used in-place of mate-dialogs and zenity.
Btw, no deps ? no it cannot, it has at least GTK.

Re: WIP: bashburn, zenity, lua
Hum... ok bu I need to evaluate mate-dialogs then, because you can do a lot of things with yad, which cannot be done with zenity, and it requires the same deps. I'm not sure that mate-dialogs can do all this. I don't see how mate-dialogs could be an absolute inclusion for mate as it is the same tool...
