are there any news about the final Live Version?
I tested on several PCs, also on x86_64, runs fine. Only some boot time problems as mentioned.

yes, a good idea - or maybe you could plug the needed libraries for the installer into the basic.lzm?

I tested the Live Installer from CD but it only starts fine when booting in "full version".
In "basic" it doesn't start. Running the script from terminal it shows several "import errors"
starting with "gtk" "gtk-glade".

hi all, i am new to Salix. I worked with several Slackware distributions like Zenwalk, Bluewhite or GoblinX but now i found Salix which is really nice! All what i need, 32-Bit, 64-Bit and soon a Live-CD (!)
